It’s been a long time while most of us have not even got any chance to touch or wear our most loved and drooling Indian clothing online Outfits. We are sure you have guessed the reason by now. The crime master for this is COVID19.

Although every country is trying its best to fight against the situation and stay safe, it still seems to take a while for things to be normal as before. Untill then, all our beautiful Indian clothes we bought for our wedding functions and other occasions are packed and suffocating in the wardrobes. Let’s be honest, very few of us actually think about taking care of them while they are in our closets. And that is the very reason we smell a weird odor or mussy smell in our clothes.

Like we take care of ourselves and our body, skin in our daily life, it is so important to take care of the clothes too. To be honest it is not that difficult either. Let us help you make sure that your clothes always smell fresh and are odor-free. Follow the below simple steps to be the best friend of your closet and clothes:

1. Clean your closet/ Almirah regularly

No matter how much soap or detergent you use to clean your clothes, it is still very important to clean your closet all in and out. Make sure you do not use a wet cloth as that will later on leave a mussy smell inside your wardrobe. Try cleaning it with a dry cloth or a tissue paper.

2. Place a clean sheet or a paper on the shelves

Try not to place the garments directly on the shelf. Always place a plastic sheet or a paper and then keep the clothes accordingly. This helps the clothes to be organised and also clean. All you need to do is keep changing the sheet at least once in a month.

3. Use Wooden Hangers

It is considered to be a good practice to use wooden hangers for your garments. Wood helps to keep your wardrobe odor-free. Also hanging your clothes alows air to pass through than keeping it tightly packed.

4. Use Scented Tissues or Cotton Balls

You can make use of scented tissues and place them inside your wardrobe or drawer. You can also make you of your favorite perfumes by sparying them on the tissue or a cotton ball. This will help keep your closet fresh and with the smell you like.

5. Refold the garments when ever possible

If possible, you can take all your garments out and open them and place them on your bed or any place where it can breathe and get some natural air. Let your clothes have some fresh air. once done, refold them and place them back in your closet.

These are the few basic but most effective steps you can use to make sure that your wardrobe remains fresh and always smells good. It is said that the clothes and its odor can change a persons mood. Well, we surely belive in this. Do you??
